This store has no idea what the words "customer service" even mean. I went on an outing with my teenaged daughter today and while walking through JC Penney I happened to find a set of portion control bowls on sale for  $9.99. I took them to the register but it rang up the original price. Without hesitation l walked with the clerk to show her the display area where l found it at. She also noticed that there was more than 6 identical boxes as well. The clerk whose name was Destiney, decided to call her manager. The manager had the nastiest attitude before I could be even get any words out of my mouth. She left and about 3 minutes ticked by before a gentleman came and approached me to say either l want them for the original price or your not getting them at all. What store does things like that.....such a travesty!

I was not allowes to purchase items from this store. I'm not sure why, but the cash register lady looked at me while she waited on someone else who didn't wait in line. Do not shop here.
