Staff was inattentive. I had to wait for them to finish joking around to get the products I wanted. When the shoes came they were the wrong color wrong size. The second time I spent five minutes loosening the laces while the staff was standing around playing with each other talking about personal issues at work.  Horrible customer service and a waste of time. I’d rather pay shipping online than come back.

If i could give no stars i would...the manager Jefe and the cashier tiffany are horrible representations of the store...they do not know how to do their job and should be replaced immediately...i can understand not wanting to return a sneaker without a receipt but the customer behind me was approved(seemed very friendly with cashier) i had to go to another store and luckily enough they were able to grant me store credit which means that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the sneaker. Shame on you guys

Super friendly staff. Very helpful and patient. My feet kinda stank but the guy who helped out acted like he didn't smell it. That's what you call good customer service! 😄 Would definitely return.  Highly recommended.

Super helpful.. Super friendly. They didn't have my kid size.  They checked the other stores. It's not in stock so they order it for you. Customer satisfaction perfect!!
