I'm in love with Macy's downtown, Brooklyn after their new renovation. It's really nice being there shopping. The staff is awesome❤

This is a treasure to have in downtown Brooklyn. The selection is very good. Sometimes navigating the different floors can be a bit tough but it's the only way they can offer as much as they do. The historic building is kind of nice, too.

As I walked into the missed department, I was shocked. Rack upon rack of clothing all jammed together. I almost walked out. I had a rough time because I had my backpack on wheels with me. I managed to get 6 blouses but without much color. I like cotton blouses without stretch because I wear size 14-16. Also a lady hurt her self because she banged  her head into a clothing rack. Macy's you need more bright colors and the shoe manufacturers need to make size 10 1/2 size women's shoes. I need shoes and love your store but can't but shoes there or almost anywhere. Worst Macy’s ever. Dirty and disorganized. I had to wait for an hour to try a pair of shoes of my size. Never seen such a thing before 👎

Very upset when to get a pot from Macy's downtown brooklyn u dod not have the brand   why did u have it  advertise on line. shame on u.
