I am an over the road truck driver.  Being 1800 miles from home, not knowing the area, or anyone in the clinic, I walked in and in an hours time had seen a doctor, confirmed my suspicion on my issue, and gotten a prescription.  Staff was friendly, doctor knowledgeable, and clean, organized setting.  Highly recommended for any other drivers that need to see someone when that unexpected medical condition arises.

This place is awful.  We moved to Yuma about a month ago so we haven't gotten a regular physician yet.  My husband has chronic back issues and had an acute attack this morning.  He was in so much pain he could hardly walk.  When we were taken to the back we were asked what we expected.  My husband replied "to get something to get rid of the pain".  We were pretty much treated like he was a drug addict off the streets and quickly told by the medical assistant that there was no doctor there only a PA and he couldn't prescribe pain medicine. When the gentleman walked in and introduced himself I noticed he had the same last name as the doctor but he did not say he was the doctor.  
I have been a nurse for 37 years and have never treated any patient (even known drug addicts) like we were treated.  They even wanted a urine sample to check for a UTI which he refused because we knew what it was.  Suffice it to say we will not be returning there and would recommend everyone question why they are ordering certain tests.

My wife just went there and all the doctor did was judge her treated her as though she was a junky when shes is in massive  pain last time my wife goes there i wouldn't recommend that place at all all they do is judge someone's appearances

PA is horrible was never able to diagnose me correctly. Had to go to the ER to get the ball rollin on test and what not.  PA not a courteous or competent person.

EVERY time we go there, the wait is forever, today I brought my husband in, no one was waiting to be seen, we were the only ones in the lobby, as we were waiting a Dr and a few nurse's sat them selfs behind the desk and talked a bunch of bull for around 15 minutes, after everyone went to the back the woman at the desk Told us our insurance couldn't be confirmed, she finally called and got everything streight, we had been there over 11/2 hrs now.  
By this time, my husband decided he wasn't.going to wait any longer and decided to leave.  The lobby had started to fill up and he would have to wait his turn, she told me when I asked her how long now.  I asked for his insurance card back, she had lost it, insisting she had given it back to me, she said she would call me if she found it, when I went to the car and told my husband, he went in himself and came right out with it in hand.
