It was so nice to be able to walk into a doctor's office and everyone from the doctor to the receptionist to the nurse be so kind and caring. Alex Galvez FNP was so professional and helpful in diagnosing my ten-year-old son and his nurse Naomi was sweet, kind and she made my son feel safe & brave when she was about to give him two shots. We need more more medical offices in Yuma with the staff you have at your facility. Thank you for taking good care of my son.

Service has been fine every time, but THEY SENT MY BILL TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT EVER ONCE TELLING ME I OWED MONEY, EVEN WHEN I WENT BACK A SECOND TIME. I'm 100% sure it's because they failed to charge me my full copay on my first visit, and I would have IMMEDIATELY PAID IT IF I'D KNOWN. My credit score is over 760 FOR A REASON. I DON'T LET BILLS GO. THEY NEVER SENT A BILL. Will be paying the bill and then reporting them to the BBB.

I have aleays been terrified to go to see a Dr.  Or to a Hospital for any reason my adult life.
This place has changed my thinking. They are really nice and make you feel welcome and safe. And its not an all day wait..Thank You to the Staff

Very impressed with facility and care. Here for a high school physical but everyone was friendly and professional. Will remember in future. Very positive experience.

Jeff Mendez is the friendliest and most personable nurse I have ever met, he is the the main reason I'm writing this review. The rest of the staff and the facilities are very nice as well, Jeff just stood out from the rest.
