Very relaxing. appointment is necessary due to not a rushed services are preformed here. 
Excellent customer service in all. Great therapist and nail techs.

I wish I could rate this wonderful place a 100!! I have been to pretty much every nail salon in the area, and nothing comes close to Footprints. Everyone there is no nice, the atmosphere is beautiful, and they offer you water or coffee while you're waiting! And the service is incredible! Whenever you are getting a BASIC pedicure, they actually give you about a 40min massage before they even start painting your nails! You get a massage with a sugar scrub, a massage with this clay-like material, a massage with oils, and a hot stone massage!  And you aren't paying anymore than you would anywhere else. They do offer more expensive packages that include more services, but I am always totally satisfied with the basic package. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
