Came here for the first time and I really hate how much I like this burger.. Ordered the double cheeseburger with loaded fries. Personally, this is the most unique burger I’ve had. This was also the first burger I’ve had that I didn’t use ketchup.. I love ketchup and no matter how good a burger is, I’ll douse it in it.. However, this was different.. And the fries were absolutely amazing.. Everything 10/10 *chefs kiss*
Ordered double cheeseburger and fries using their person-free ordering. Order was ready in less than 10 minutes. Burger was really good. Messy, cheesy, salty, good bun, average pickles, awesome sauce. Two seasoned beef patties smashed, cheese, pickles, grilled onions, good potato bun. Simply delicious. Fries were shaped like MCDs, but were a bit disappointing in that they didn't seem all that fresh, which was weird, since they were supposedly cooked to order. Parking in this small strip mall is fairly easy, and when I was there around 3pm on a weekday, was plentiful. Burger 9/10. Fries 6/10.
I'm not sure what the fuss is about. The double cheeseburger was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. I asked for jalapeños and they REALLY loaded them on there! Honestly, there were more jalapeños than meat, and I ended up throwing half of them away. It was still the primary flavor profile. Also, I got the brussels sprouts, and they were good, but again, nothing special. Overly dressed and too limp. Service was quick and friendly. The place is a complete hole in the wall and zero-frills. We went on a cold, rainy night, so only about 8 seats in a tiny space inside. I'd eat a burger there again, but I'd never make a special trip.
My friends and I stopped by here today to grab lunch. He saw and heard about this place through word of mouth so he recommended that we try it. The place is in a small plaza with limited parking so be aware. They also don't have a lot of table outside if you're planning to eat there, it was just 3 tables outside or you can eat inside. We tried to sit outside but it was too hot so we went to eat our food inside. I got the chicken sandwich with no pickles, fries and a bottle coke. My food was pretty pricely but I understand that this is a small store and there not that many. My other friends got the double smash burger. I thought my chicken sandwich was okay but it was missing lettuce and tomatoes which they said I could add but I was sure it would've been an extra charge. I enjoyed the fries though, it was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. They bring the food to you if you dine outside or inside. My friend thought their burger was okay as well. If you want to try a smash burger place I would still say try them but if you're on a budget then maybe this place isn't for you. Vegetarian options: This is a burger place and I didn't see any options for anything else. Parking: There isn't a lot of parking spots in the plaza but you can also do street parking as well. Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly but just be aware that there are limited seating. Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible but inside the store is very small so it might be tight.
3.5 but rounding down to 3 because I wouldn’t go again now that I tried it. I don’t get the hype. The fries were exactly McDonald’s fries, so I thought they were amazing. The burger however was not to my taste. It was so greasy and heavy. The bun was cold, I wish they toasted it or something. Too much dressing in the burger, its their take on the in n out secret sauce but its not working They don't have bathrooms which is very inconvenient. My friend had to walk across the street to the lexus dealership to use the restrooms. They seem understaffed. Same guy taking orders, clearing tables and disappearing to the kitchen. I wish them luck but I wont go back.
Service was so so slow. Pricey for what you get. Brussels were crispy and fried but nothing special. Not a lot of lemon or balsamic flavor. Loaded fries were OK but don't beat in-n-out’s animal style fries. They're pretty messy and nothing memorable about the fries themself both plain or loaded. Joined by two coworkers we all agreed that it's a long wait for an average burger. No soda fountain, there is a refrigerator by the register, sodas are sold in cans and there are a few bottled options including Topo Chico, and Mexican Coke. Definitely overhyped and understaffed. Dietary restrictions: Nothing healthy about it. Even the Brussels are fried but you don’t come here to eat salad. Def a cheat meal! Parking: Lot is small and gets crowded. Street parking is avail but can be hit or miss.
In short, It was a good burger, McDonalds fries, and limited seating. With a few more details, It’s located in an unassuming strip mall with plenty of parking. Seating is limited to a high top bar inside and 3 tables outside so if you want to chill better make it at noon sharp when they opened. Service was good. Didn’t appear that they have many people working there. Drinks were a bit pricey for what it was. $4 for a glass bottle soda. I got the double cheeseburger with bacon. Loved that they used martin’s potato buns but the bun was cold for some reason. Bacon was crunchy which played well into the burger. Meat was dense but also somewhat crispy on the external extremities. Flavor was good but it was a bit dense. Maybe it’s supposed to be like that? Fry sauce was good and had a tint bit of bite which made me think they made it in-house. Fries were McDonalds fries which I don’t care for but I know some people do like them starchy like that…overall it was a good experience but I tried it and on to the next one bec it was almost $25/person for a small burger and fries and a water. I’d still take innout over it any day.
Amazing Burger on my way to LA. Full recommended if you are looking for good Burger to avoid the traditional store. 5 Stars for this Burger and FriesFood: 5/5
This was probably one of the best tasting burgers I’ve had in a long time. The flavors of everything we so good! 10/10 easy. Think of like an in n out burger with better spread sauce and it comes with McDonald’s fries or you can get them animal style. They also have Brussel sprouts which are insanely good as well.Food: 5/5
Seriously amazing smash burgers! The place is small, maybe seating for 6 people at the counter and there was a line out of the door when I came to pick up my food. I recommend ordering in advance and picking upFood: 5/5
