I called them simply to inquire if they had any sort of availability and the old woman screamed at me "we have no vacancies" before I could even finish my sentence and then she hung up on me.  I was so shocked I kept saying hello because I thought it was a joke.  Would have liked to at least ask her if she could recommend another place to me.  Really really bad manners especially for a valley with so many well mannered people.
