Great employees especially the lumber dept. Jose, was extremely helpful along with Armando, when I needed help picking out the materials etc. for the fence being installed at my first home. As a first time homeowner and a female, going into a hardware/lumber business can be intimidating but they were VERY patient with me and happy to answer the numerous questions, concerns, etc. I had for them. Another AMAZING aspect was that they delivered the lumber materials I purchased ON TIME and unloaded the materials neatly. I didn't even realize it had been delivered until I received a phone call asking about my experience etc. GREAT JOB. Thanks again Jose and Armando for being so patient and friendly to me.

Extremely rude employees. Don't like what you Do? Move on. Customer service is critical to business making money. I left and went elsewhere. Bearded guy at the counter acted like I was interrupting his private time. Rude.

Horrible customer service at front desk and in the trim shop. My husband was trying to match a certain piece of baseboard. Guy at front desk was short and wanted us out of there and said "Check our trim shop" never neen there before so didnt know where it was found out its about a 1/4 mile away. Got over to "trim shop" showed them my piece of base to try and match up, the white guy was about to clock out so he said he coildnt help us, then an african american guy tried helping us "sorta" he knew exactly nothing about trim or what he had in his warehouse or even where they kept baseboard. He KEPT calling us G like we were his buddies instead of customers. Needless to say Forest Lumber is a crock of shit.

Do not do business with this company.  I purchased a front door on our new home from Forrest. It was an upgrade door and we paid extra.  After only 1 1/2 years, the door started to split at the bottom in two places. Forrest sent a rep by to look at it and they said the door was only guaranteed for 1 yr.  The front door on our other home was over 15 years old and in good shape when we sold the house.  I would think a door would last at least 5 to 10 years before it started showing wear. They offered no solution or help.

I had a very good experience with these folks siding almost impossible to find they had it for me. I will use this company in the future for my masonry repairs Steven Byrd masonry repairs.
