This store is fine. I've never had any problem there and when I needed help, I was able to get it fairly quickly. Returns and exchanges have been a breeze. Parking is also not a problem. I wonder if those complaining about parking realize that they have an entire lot just to the east that hardly ever gets used. But you may have to walk an extra 30 feet (oh the horror, I know). In my experience, HF can hit-or-miss in terms of quality of items sold, but generally I've been happy with my purchases. It all depends on what you are buying (and also on having realistic expectations). Some things are pretty decent values while others are a waste of both time and money. Overall though, if you are a homeowner working on an occasional project, you should be fine. If you are looking at hand tools, you can't beat the value - hands down. The air tools I've purchased have been pretty good - no problems so far. The tool box I purchased was shockingly good for the price, even compared to my smaller hand-me-down SnapOn chest. Electric tools have been a little suspect. I've purchased a few electric tools and had to return them under warranty, but the replacements have worked without problems for a while now so I still consider it a win.
