McNair Field is home to the Forest City Owls. The Owls are a Collegiate Summer Baseball team in the Coastal Plain League.
The Owls contiune to break the attendance records each year with over 64,400 fans coming through the gates in 2011! In the Owls first 3 seasons they brought home back to back Coastal Plain League Pettit Cup Championships in 2009 & 2010.
The Owls always keep the fans entertained with $1 Mondays, Free Senior Tuesdays
and Thristy Thursdays and other family fun promotions!
The Owls hosted Team Japan on July 1st, 2011 and pulled in the largest crowd in Owls history with over 4,000 fans in attendance.
The Owls look to continue their success in 2015 and has the best fan base in all the Coastal Plain League!!
