If you like baseball games, but don't like dealing with huge crowds and traffic, McNair Field is the place.  Home to the Forest City Owls, a Coastal Plain League affiliate (collegiate summer league), McNair Field is a state of the art, small-market baseball stadium and event center.  The field has hosted music acts such as Jamey Johnson and the Charlie Daniels Band.  A great place to spend an evening of watching future pros playing baseball in a family-centered environment.  Food and drinks, while pricey, are not nearly as expensive as they would be if it were a Major League affiliate.  After games, kids can talk to players and get autographs and they do four fireworks shows each season which always draws a big crowd.  Getting in and out of the parking lot is easy and traffic flows very well.

Great entertainment for families. Teams are very kid friendly. Food, gift/memorabilia shop, & vendors good. Fireworks very nice. Prices are good. My grandchildren loved it.

I love any place where baseball is played. Food is great. Fan friendly . Close to the action. Beautiful field. One big family and.............we have a good team.

If you like college baseball this is the place for you because forest City has a team called the forest owls and these players work very hard they finished this year 38_19 so I have to say way to go owls you are first half division champs but also second half of division champs
