Absolutely horrible! My family pre-purchased perpetual care 6 plots there. First, we always have to call to complain that they are not being maintained. Second, when you have to meet with them to open a grave when a loved one passes, they are miserable!!!!! They kept us waiting and left us in a cold office (physically and emotionally) multiple times. They did the same thing to my cousin this week when he lost his mom. Now, ordering my mom's marker has taken me a year with the same horrible service. And today I witnessed one of their idiots approaching my grieving uncle and cousin with a contract they had to sign at a graveside service with all of their family and friends. Absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!

Every time we visit the grave of my grandparents, there is always some sort of damage to the grave. When we report this to the staff, they act like it's no big deal. They take our request to have the damage repaired. When they repair it and we return a few months later, we find something else is wrong with the grave site.
