This place has been jerking us around for months ! My grandmother died and was buried 10 months ago and they have yet to put her stone in the ground! They told me it as never paid for when it was paid for months PRIOR to her even passing . These people are crooks and I plan to call the news station on them if this isn't fixed in a few weeks . I'm an understanding person I'll give them a little more time . I will be contacting the other ppl on here with negative reviews to stand with me in my fight against these crooks

My Father passed away and they didn't inform me that he was being placed in my mothers cript. I left a note in the file to notify me if they are contacted about putting my dad in the cript. I went to visit my mom yesterday to find my dad in there with her. Devastating to say the least.

I absolutely DESPISE this cemetery!! I did not even want to give them one star!! They deserve negative stars!! They are rude and nasty!! When you call to complain they hang up on you!! My grandparents have been in that cemetery for 30 years and my dad and mother-in-law for over 12 years. They don't care about you or your loved one after they get your money!! They throw fake personal things out of a vase attached to your mosuleum and if you have pictures on your tombstone outside, the landscapers just drive right over them!! When you are upset and call they are just plain nasty!! Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else. If I could, I would remove my relatives and move them somewhere else!! So upsetting anymore!!

I am a year late with this review but feel it's necessary to share our experience. I wish I could give Kirk and Nice & Sinset Memorial Park negative stars, this place is a travesty. My family has been using this cemetery for over 50 years. We have 5 family members buried here and some plots reserved. Last year we had a burial service for my sister who passed away at 26 years old the year before (she was cremated). We planned everything and pre paid (thousands) months in advance. The day of the burial service I arrived early to find we weren't listed on the schedule and they had no chairs or anything set up at the plot ( we had discussed the plans and set up months in advance ). When I questioned the person who set this all up for us ( Mike ) he gave me an attitude and acted like it was no big deal. He then laughed at me when I asked to have 20 chairs set up, and he scoffed and laughed at me again when I reminded him he previously told me we could have as many chairs as we needed. He was so nice when he was taking our money but didn't care after that. As the morning went on, things got worse. We were informed that the urn we ordered was never actually ordered. It was a $700 special order engraved urn. They made everyone wait over an hour ( we had 30 people there for the service) while they scrambled to figure out what to do. They even tried to tell us we had to reachedule, but it was a weekday and everyone had taken off of work. We were calling other funeral homes and they were so disgusted to hear about what SMP did a few places offered us a free urn to come and pick up. SMP finally came up with a generic black urn that we could use. Our priest was so disgusted with how they treated us he even voiced his disgust with them and they really couldn't have cared less. They made an already emotionally hard day even worse. We NEVER got our money back for the $700 custom engraved urn. They never called us back and it wasn't worth hiring a lawyer over $700. I would never ever recommend this place and hate coming here because of the treatment we received. They mow the lawn regularly but that's it. Our family plots are always littered with trash and debris, always dirty and we are told it's our job to clean it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place is horrible!

If you you are looking for the worst cemetery you have found it they double charged my father's burial on everything they said they lost it and they still won't give me my money back I had to get attorney to get my money back !!
