Customer Service was Awesome! The assistant manager Stephanie helped me with all my needs. She was funny and polite. I haven't moved in yet but my Aunt use to live here for 3years before she bought her house..  So far the experience I had was amazing! Apartment is nice size and it includes wifi and cable which is a plus! I will give another update when I move in but so far so good. Thank you Stephanie!

I have lived here almost two years. I only moved here as my son would be going to middle school and he would be bussed to the school. I cant say I have had any issues in regards to getting worked done when I call for maintenance issues. This place has not been renovated as prior tenant has said. Its extremely over priced for how the units looks. Fridge, Stove and Dish washer are old different colors. This place also has issues letting kids play. Some tenants are always having issues with kids playing outside. This is a family community and most people do have kids. They complain about the kids making noise. They have also stated that some of the kids are on the street and they are almost going to hit them. There are signs that says speed limit is 5 but some of the tenants drive more then 20. So, I would think that yes, you might be close to hitting them but they are also speeding. There is nowhere for these kids to play. Some tenants have complained that their car has been dent because of the kids playing football. I would be upset if that occur to my vehicle.  Even on the side walk they complain about kids making noise. I have one neighbor that has an infant and because the kids where talking and just hanging out on the side came out and started cursing and yelling at them. This was told to me by several of the kids. Most of these kids are good kids. All they are trying to do is play.  So, If  you have kids do not move here they are not aloud to be kids . Also if you like old appliances and an out dated place and overly charged in rent then welcome you have found the right place to live.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is horrible and won’t hire security even though they charge 1,400 for a one bedroom a apartment on January 9th 2018 two car were vandalized and hand their wheels stolen. This happens every month and yet this cheap management company refuses to hire proper security. This just a warning for anyone thinking of moving here

Thank you for charging us $42 on top the 1,315 rent even though we paid on time with a perfect check. Also thank you for blocking us from paying online with our bank account. You will be hearing from me 🤗. Oh an this place is always dirty and trash is over flowing *please scroll through pictures* I will be filing a complaint with the state. For the people seeing this I just have one thing to say to you RUN! #warning they’llshow you a nice empty apartment with new things then they give you an old apartment with no ac and old appliances. Also please scroll through the pictures to see what it’s really like to live here. The profesional pictures they edit and upload to make the place look nice really don’t represent this hell whole.

After 10 years still happy as the day we moved in.  The staff is wonderful and the grounds immaculate.  Any problems, we have had only a few minor ones have been addressed quickly and courteously.  Would highly recommend this community
