This is a cute little park with easy access. Just be careful of the refuge you might find in and around the park. Today we found pictures of the adult nature laying in the area where the play ground is located.

This 27-acre, forested park offers plenty of cross-crossing trails for walking, in addition to a small play structure, horseshoe courts, picnic tables and a public restroom. The play structure has seen better days... but the forest is beautiful! Sporadic signs identify native plants and note volunteer opportunities at the park. Trail markers or maps would be appreciated and up this to a 5-star park.

The playground was well-maintained and appeared rather new, the trails were wide and well-groomed , the parking lot was clean and well maintained also. The only major detractor where the druggies trying to make deals or walk off their highs while my kids were playing.

This is a great place to walk the dogs. It has good trails and it makes me feel as if I'm in the forest.
