I went into the store to purchase a shirt I saw in the window. I found it on the sales floor but the size I need was on the mannequin. I asked if I could please have it and was told no. Due to store policy they can not remove items from the window display. I tried to reason with them and explained that they had the shirt and could just switch the size. Was told no, it was a corporate policy. I asked for their corporate number and neither the staff or manager had a clue as to where to find it. She gave me a card so I could call the store manger. I left to them talking about the situation as if I wasn't even within hearing distance. I immediately called and the person I was just speaking to answered the phone. When I inquired about that she explained that it's the store number. Then I tried to call the number on the website but was told they were closed. Their hours are Monday through Friday 5am to 6pm. It was Wednesday at 10am. Tried the next morning at 8am and they were still closed. I have never been to a store with such a ridiculous policy. How are you going to not sell an item to a customer because it's on display? Is that not the purpose of a store? Never going back. The policy is dumb, the staff are rude, and customer service is useless. Went into Hot Topic and purchased a similar shirt, off the window mannequin, no issues.

It's way too crowded for me. I overheard a Staff using vulgar Language too.

They have good service, they are always helpful and the cashiers are nice as well. However, clothes are really expensive and sometimes too short but that's just me. Their clearance rack is good!!

So awful. Their store used to be so clean and perfectly set up, clothing was organized by style and color. Now everything is a heaping mess. Very little variety in clothing, note I'm a small/4 and they barely had anything my size, nothing in my style. All they have now is pretty much crop tops. It just looks trashy. I will never be returning to that store. I am going to the store in Westfarms mall from now on. This store is not worth your time or money
