Unbelievable. My dad kindly went here & bought 4 new brakes for me, only to have to come back & replace the brake pads which should’ve been done the first time, costing him more money. We’re never going here again.

I always like Sears and there Kenmore products.   
I have always purchased my large appliances from them. 
However my last purchased, side by side refrigerator and service agreement 2 years ago. 
I have had a problem  with the ice and water dispensers. 
I was told Boston Joe would be out to fix it. 
A new partwas order and later return to install the new part. 
The new trainee install the part incorrectly and was immediately called back. 
They tired again saying we need part and never returned. 
Called them back 2 times and was a no show from Boston Joe's. 
When Boston Joe's was notified was told Sears tech should show up. 
I contacted the over flow department and it's unknown if it's going to get fix.

Went there to buy a refrigerator and couldn't find an available salesperson. The one associate that was on the floor was with a customer haggling over $20. We waited for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged, then went to PC Richards.
