This is a huge location. Always very organized and well managed. The staff is always helpful and friendly. While in the mall shopping for something else, I realized that I needed a new shirt because of an activity I had planned later in the day. Was able to hunt down just the right item, try it on, and make my purchase in a very timely manner. I didn't catch her name, but there was an older woman working who was sweet. Didn't catch my cashier's name either, but he was great, as well. Oh! For just $2.90, I grabbed a "foot mask" from the impulse-buy rack while waiting in line. Used it last night and I am super happy with the results. Def happy with my Forever 21 experience
