Do Not rent any apartments at their 108 s. Genesee locations   First the building is right downtown. Which coming from Chicago I had no idea how bad it would be. Your right next to a bar which really sucks ass because their are Always ppl by that dumb bar. Especially during the summer months not to mention the various things they have going on downtown. So You are smack dab in the middle of it all. But seriously who puts an apartment building in downtown Waukegan???!! Any who my apartment was the worst.  I could hear my next door neighbors fighting though the walls and let me tell you sometimes they would be fighting at like 12 in the morning till about 2 sometime 3 in the morning.  Not to mention their radio playing a at all hours of the night And when you complain to management they do nothing.  My kitchen, bathroom, nor living room had baseboards so I was basically freezing.  The only area that had them were my 2 bedrooms, so i basically had to stay in my bedroom.  Which I ended up having to buy  space heater because the baseboards don't really give out a lot of heat. So be  prepared for you're heating bill to be high. And they have roaches! ! Never saw any then all of a sudden I started to see them. Management only sprayed like one time.  The only and I mean only good thing about living here is that the metra train is super close. Also be wary that the intercoms don't work. The garage bin is ALWAYS full that you end up have to put your trash on the floor cause their is no room. Do your self a favor and stay away from renting here.  Really not worth the money. Oh yeah and management will come into your apartment whenever they want! !
