Forge-Rx is a fantastic facility. The group fitness classes are where I spend most of my time, however, everything about the gym is great! The instructors are SO encouraging... they care about each members success and offer so many support systems to help each person hit their goals. The childcare area is clean and the workers are very seeet with the kiddos. All of the equipment is well maintained and very clean. And they offer set period of time challenges that are open for members and non members alike. One of the things that I admire most is the desire of the gym owners to impact their community positively... it's s great place to "find your tribe".

Love this place. I have been going to gyms most of my life and never enjoyed exercising in any of them, atmosphere is everything to me when I go to exercise it helps put me in the right frame of mind. Everything here is top notch from equipment to the trainers. I never used trainers until I joined Forge and its made all the difference in the world to my overall health and physique. I attend the semi-private classes with Cody and have never had a bad workout. I've never felt pushed to do an exercise that I wasn't comfortable with, I'm 47 and I don't need to be injuring myself, the trainers know my limitations and strengths and build my workouts around that. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. I moved over the summer but still drive out of my way to attend classes and exercise at Forge. I would never do this with any other gym. A huge thank you to the men and ladies of Forge!

We love Forge! Very nice and clean gym with pretty much anything you need for a great session. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hours are a little tight for us now but we make it work when we can. Better than any of the commercial gyms in town and would highly recommend!

The remote training and nutrition option that Forge-Rx offers has been awesome for finding balance with my food intake and exercise. The area I live in doesn't have a gym/trainers with a more forward-thinking, flexible nutrition mindset like Forge-Rx does, so the remote training option has been amazing for incorporating balance and a healthy relationship with food into my every day life (no matter where I live)! My coach, Evan, writes my workouts and adjusts my macros as needed. I track my intake, make sure to hit my micronutrients, get my workouts in and enjoy social dinners and fun treats without stressing over it! I just wish I had gotten on board with this program when I was a bride preparing for a wedding. This lifestyle has redefined what balance and health means to me.
