Trainers do a good job and really have an interest in you achieving your desired results, but they are down to only a handful of them now. Manager/Owner of the gym leaves a lot to be desired from a customer service perspective . Late for planned appointments/weigh-in. After canceling our membership they also have continued to charge us.

I have really enjoyed my training experience at Redefined Fitness. I was intimidated at first by a gym in general but that was all me and in my head. Every trainer at Redefined is so approachable and helpful. I never feel like I'm not good enough. I feel comfortable asking if I have a question or need correction on form. Someone is always there to help me in a respectful way. My trainer, Mel, pushes me and helps me reach goals I didn't even know I had. I feel safe doing different work outs and increasing my weights. I like the individualized attention and workouts he outlines for me so that I can confidently come in and work out on my own. I've become stronger and have more energy and a desire to keep pushing towards a better me. They also offer dietary and nutrition support so you learn how to properly fuel your body. Something else that's great is the gym and equipment are always clean, organized, and in working order. Go and try it out!

I have worked at and gone to several different gyms, but I've never been able to get the satisfaction that I get from Redefined! Personal trainer, meal coach, personalized work outs, all bundled up in a really decent price, especially considering everything you're able to utilize. The trainers really push you to do your best while understanding your limits, and genuinely care about your personal progress. They're all very well educated and attentive to your needs, and someone is always available to answer your questions. This isn't a gym where you go to run on a treadmill for an hour and go home. This is where you go to better yourself and finally reach your goals! As long as I'm local, I'll never go anywhere else!

The trainers truly pay attention to everything. They are careful, dedicated and filled with passion and what is the most important, they really want to help. I wouldn't go at other place, this is my place!
