I would rate them a 4 but i believe great can always be improved too. I initially contracted them for a small bathroom remodel. Everything was done on time, with care, and i was always given updates. They finished job ahead of schedule. So when i needed an investment property overhauled Forshee was the company i called. Fair pricing. Quality workmanship. Mr. Toth was exceptionally helpful through the whole process. I recommend them to everyone. I was also very impressed that none of their helped were illegals. as is hard to find in construction now a  days.

I live in a 63 Unit condo in Boynton Beach. This company did our concrete restoration project $1.4mil. I was not involved in the project but I do live here year round. There was a Supervisor on property every day to oversee the project. He would answer questions or discuss the project with owners. When the Board asked for the company management to attend meetings, they were always there. As far as I know, our property manager had great communication with company staff. They did a great job on our 2 buildings.

Can't say enough about Forshee Construction, anyone that lives in South Florida knows how tough it can be finding a reliable, trustworthy and professional contractor. Forshee Construction exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Excellent workmanship, always on time, respectful at all times and the communication and management was GREAT!! I highly recommend Forshee to anyone in need of concrete restoration.

Forshee Construction has been my contractor on many occasions since 2010.  Recently I had both bathrooms remodeled. The workmanship and  professional approach was excellent.  They contacted me at each step of the process and delivered on time.

Forshee Construction was contracted to remodel several lobby bathrooms at our Condominium. While the workmanship was fair, I can not recommend this company on the basis of their lack of communication, attention to details and not completing the project in a timely manner.
