Story

Kennedy Contractors, Inc. is a commercial, institutional and industrial general contractor, with a concentration in retail construction. Our client list includes many international, national and regional, institutional developers, as well as end users including many of the “big box” retailers, power utilities and gasoline/convenience operators. We are approved general contractors for numerous national retail chains and make our living solving our client’s problems. We try and make the construction/development process as seamless as possible.

The foundation of The Company is its valued employees, all of whom have taken a proprietary interest in The Company’s success. The typical employee has been with The Company for over ten years. Equally important are our relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers, many of whom have worked with us since the early days. Without either, The Company would not be the force that it is, today.

We have already celebrated our first twenty years in business and look forward to the next twenty years. Our continued goal is to satisfy the needs of our clients, employees and the rest of our team members, all of whom have made Kennedy Contractors, Inc. a tremendous success.
