Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union is Very unprofessional. 
They made a mistake on my vehicle payment and charged me a service fee
for the mess up on their side. 
I had to argue to get the fee dropped. They were wrong and couldn't even apologize. 
     I am considering canceling all of my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.   
My name is Kenneth Price. If the credit union reads these reviews I hope they are professional enough to call and apologize.

Customer service is terrible. Management can give less than a hoot about a customer's comments or satisfaction.
