An absolute GODSEND when it comes to Pet Care for military families in the local DMV area. I appreciate that they care for the dogs as though they are their children. They also keep a very clean facility, you never walk in and smell dog or filth. Their pricing is also competitive as well.

This facility goes above & beyond caring for my 3 dogs, two of which are seniors and over 12 years old. When we pull up in the parking lot, the biggest one (45 lbs) hops out of the car and runs to the front door with a wiggly butt, begging to be let inside. I've never encountered this at any other facility! The staff (**TESS** & Mary) truly care about our dogs and even know them by name when I call. The pricing is better than other boarding facilities in the area as well. Unfortunately because they're so great, I have to plan their vacation as early as I do my own so they can get a reservation. They take boarding reservations up to 3 months in advance. I have no worries when going out of town, or even for an overnight trip, as I know all three will be cared for, doted upon, and come home exhausted.

After spending over 3 hours and $1,000 doing a check up on our dogs the day before we took our pets to this faculty (a check up that was not required, we chose to do this on our own for the well being of our pets before being boarded). All 3 pets had a clean bill of health and have NEVER had worms/disease since we've owned them at 3 months of age; they are now 12, 11 and 8 yrs. old. After staying at this facility they got roundworms, tapeworms and a raccoon disease; Baylisascaris. All 3 of our dogs are up to date on all preventive care; Heartgard plus, Bravecto, Lyme disease shot/booster, Bordetella; basically anything the Vet recommended we did because we love our pets very much and money is never an issue when it comes to their care. Spoke w/manager and she denied any wrongdoing and would not refund us our money. 4 weeks later my dogs are all on medicine for the worms and raccoon disease and will have to go in for a 5th check up after staying at this boarding facility. DO NOT take your pets here!!!

It's hard to make reservations here last minute because everyone loves this place! Plan at least a month ahead but trust me it is worth it because everyone is so friendly and helpful - this is my first choice for boarding my pets.

We kept our dogs there in May and I would definitely take them back there! I have to say, Mary is the sweetest, kind woman! I just called back today for some records to be sent and she is just a joy to speak to! Thank you Mary for being so helpful! You are the best! I've always appreciated it when you have been the one to help me!! Thank you!
