94-98, I found the commute thru Washington to be the worst part, overall, the people were a very friendly and helpful resource.

My daughter was born there in 1968. It was a hardship case and my husband being stationed there allowed us base housing until her birth. The experience was so amazing with great doctors and caring soldiers and staff, I wish I could have had all my children there. Of course, Maryland is a beautiful state with much to do and experience.
