It's always a pleasure booking a vacation home with these folks. No hassles, no worries, just pick up the key and enjoy the beautiful white beaches with all the comforts of home. We have been using them for several years now for a week with kids, grand kids and assorted family between Christmas and New Years. 
Love the fact that there is no commercial development to speak of and nothing to do but enjoy the beach and family time.

I have rented from Fort Morgan Property Management three times, and Susan has been AWESOME every time. Perfect beach homes affordably priced and excellent service!  I will definitely be renting my beach get away from them again.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in Waters Edge, the house we rented for a week in Ft. Morgan from Ft. Morgan Property Mangement.  We can handle "old and outdated" but filthy is not an option.  Not only did the baseboards look like they hadn't been wiped down in years, but the blankets for the beds were stained and had holes; the throw rugs were so stained I wouldn't walk on them in my bare feet; the couches were so horribly stained and nasty, we had to put sheets over them in order to sit down.  The vinyl floors were ripping up; there was mold and mildew around the tub/shower and all over the shower curtain.  Property management did bring us new blankets, washed the throw pillows that had never been washed, washed the throw rugs and brought us a new shower curtain.  However, that house needs a very deep cleaning and the owner needs to be told to do furniture replacement and upkeep.  Had we not already paid our very expensive weekly rental, we would have left to come home the day after we got there!
