Amazing staff. I had to drive 3 hours just to find a specific item, and they worked hard to get me what I needed, plus discounted due for the trouble I had to go through to find what I needed. Highly recommend this store!

I was in the Store looking for 20 minutes. 3 employees were at the counter discussing days off. No help.

I am a difficult customer.  Read my other reviews and you'll see, getting a 5 star review out of me is quite rare. I don't look for trouble, but I'm very specific in what I want, and will spend money and time to get it.

That said, the Manager Damian has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond for me, and I don't think it's because I'm special.  I have heard nothing but good things about him, and his store, from friends, relatives, and coworkers. This is a man who apparently really loves his job, and knows how to make customers happy.  

The service has been so good, that I'd be willing to spend a little extra to go to Fort Tuff instead of other retailers, but it seems I don't have to.  Fort Tuff and their Mother-ship Fort Western have always seemed to have the best selection and prices in town.  I've long since stopped wasting my time elsewhere.
