If you say, "we'll give you a call" when said item is ready, please follow your word.

I have bought 2 suits and an overcoat over the course of this year, all of which had to be shipped to the store, trimmed or fitted, or an order had to be corrected. At every step of that process when I need to come back to the store they always say, "we'll give you a call" when said item is ready.

Not once have they followed up.

I really don't want to give this store such a low rating. The customer service (except for the follow up) is excellent and the prices are very reasonable in comparison to other men's clothing stores. But this store *systematically* says "we'll give you a call" when said item is ready and proceeds to do the exact opposite. 

Piece of advice: if you have no intention of following up, then don't tell a customer "we'll give you a call." I would have given you 5 stars (or not reviewed at all) if you had said, "call us" in 'X' number of days to check if your item is here.

We got all the tuxedos for my wedding here. We had big guys, little guys, guys from out of town. Everything was perfect. They customized everything to get us exactly the look I wanted. All the guys in the wedding looked fresh af

Christian and his Mens Wearhouse crew are great. They always get me in and out quickly and deal with my numerous tailoring requests! For serious professionals that wear suits daily, these guys will take care of you well. 

I suspect many of the negative reviews on here are from amateurs or prom moms.

Very rude when we came in. Acted like he didnt want to help up and referred us to looking online rather in the store. Cant make eye contact and very unprofessional.

Professional help very courteous and helpful met my deadline. Gave me several options for what I was looking for and prices for quality were great.
