Patrice was wonderful! My experience was so easy. I called to reserve a unit & then went down to fill out paperwork & pay. Easy peasy. And it's less than a mile from my house. I would definitely recommend this place.
My experience has be great. There has been absolutely no complaints no problems in any access to my unit or the office worker. Very please would definitely recommend. I would like to specifically thank Patrice for her welcoming and positive energy.
I started this review with 5 stars and now have lowered it to 1 star. I rented on a web rate of $96.00 per month for a 10x20 in January 2024. Thos was the budget that i could afford for a 6 month max rental need. Received a rental increase notice in March 2024 from $96.00 to $176.00 to be effective May 2024. The web rate price increased from $96.00 to $98.00. The lowest Patrice could adjust it down to was $144.00? Telling me Corporate is in control of the price hikes and she has no control over them. Yet, when I ask her if I needed to call corporate to get results, I was told that she has to approve the reducement of the the hike increase. Well then, there seems to be a contradiction here..... Who does have the authorization to reduce/adjust the 3 times a year price hike? Corporate or Management/Owner of Corporate's franchise? Perhaps the District Manager can answer my question? If not, perhaps Corporate can? If I rented on a web rate price, then my rental should be adjusted to current web rate price.....
Super pleased with extra space storage! Patrice is wonderful and has a friendly tone on phone. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs, you won’t be disappointed. Clean and well kept, never had any issues and felt my items were safe. Thank you A+
