We had been loyal customers for 6 yrs until today. Unfortunately, we discovered our RV had been damaged and parts stolen. Originally, we chose this storage facility for its pricing, security and surveillance cameras. However, management stated cameras and lighting in back storage areas have been an issue; thus, could not guarantee any surveillance videos would be available to identify the culpable persons. We're very disappointed - especially because they advertise high security. They are not cheap either. To make matters worst, they've been increasing our monthly rate annually and lately twice a year. Very unreasonable marking up of monthly rates - especially since they did not deliver the security they advertise. Based on this, I would not recommend to family or friends.

Great service, very nice and comfortable people, will give you an entire tour before you choose! Great customer service and loved the amount of help they were able to give me in a time of emergency.
