Awful in every way, shape and form.

Appraiser was rude. We expected the process to be intrusive but the way he just stomped around, slapped the walls and criticized our home was unprofessional at best and offensive at worst.

I can get over somebody being rude if they do a good job, but he didn't. 

The comps he pulled for our house were several months old, had fewer bathrooms and no updates. He listed our neighborhood incorrectly and called us liars when we gave him the value of our updates as he requested.  He clearly didn't understand the market in our area, our style of home or maybe he just didn't care enough to do his job correctly.

In the end, it tanked our refinance because he appraised our home 15% lower than market value.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
