I moved here in February and I haven't had any issues with the management team yet. Everyone in the office is very nice and always helpful. My apartment was ready when it was time for me to move in and any maintenance issues that I've had, they fix immediately! New management is turning this place around. WAY TO GO VILLAGE GREEN!

Lived in a one bedroom for a year. New management very helpful. Making lots of improvements.Never had a parking or noise problem. Even on weekends

I moved in this month and the service I got was amazing specially Amanda who helped me got all the tools I needed to move in.

Don't rent here they told me their were no rodents then found out after move in their were cockroaches and mice also realized the generic kitchen tiling was done really poorly also our car got broken into the first week their in the underground garage. They said camera seen "nothing" then my gf got harrassed outside at the pool with our kids neices and nephews. The hallways smell like garbage the washers and dryers don't work most of the time and they randomly cut off your water at the worst times. Mold in the bathroomsso I ended up vacating the premises and I left them my security deposit and they tried to Bill me another $1000 on top of that

The exercise room has NO ventilation..None!!! BBQ Grills never clean..Indoor pool so dirty and hardly ever chemically treat"GROSS". The last office staff we had were Lazy, I sure hope this staff is better and let's see if they clean up this place..Cause right now you don't want to live here don't do it!!!
