I went in for a routine cleaning on 1/25, when I scheduled my appointment I was told there would be no charge due to my insurance covering 2 cleanings per year. Once finished I was told I owed $82.00 due to this being a "deep cleaning." When I explained that it should be free the receptionist told me( in a rude tone) I needed to pay and I would only get a credit if my insurance covered it. Not only that but my filling(that was put in on my last appointment) just so happened to fall out during the cleaning. And of course I was told I'd have to reschedule and pay for that. The hygienist and dentist were very nice but I feel like I got robbed, not only that but the rude tone the receptionist gave me after telling me I owed money, she had dark hair, older and was sitting directly in front of the door where I walked in.

Miranda is always prompt and courteous. She goes above and beyond expectations. She is the reason I am a patient at Forward Dental.

Dr. Jung is a great dentist. He has called us on numerous occasions after hours to check on how my husband or children are doing when they've had a procedure done.
