One week in and everything looks great. I'm actually impressed. We thought the crew went above and beyond what we expected. They paid enough attention to detail that they put everything they had to move (rocks) back where they found them. And everyone I talked to, both in and out of office, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The cost was reasonable, the work was done in a professional manner, the office support staff was well informed and helpful, the work crew was well trained and walked us through the process to alleviate any concerns we had. A very good experience overall.

My 2 story home had sagging floor joists. Foundation Pro was consulted after having a home inspection by a structural engineer. A solution and competitive bid were proposed after the engineer's report was reviewed, an onsite inspection was conducted, and the engineer was consulted for approval of their plan. My confidence in Foundation Pro grew as the job was delivered. The adequately numbered crews worked hard for two full days and were always courteous and sensitive to homeowner privacy. Everything was done as promised. I really appreciated how I was kept apprised of what was happening and why. As well, the job site was returned to order before they left. Thanks to everyone at Foundation Pro for the pleasant contacts and dealings. You are highly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with the results of the work of Foundation Pro. Their crew was exceptional! Two days of hard work and they were through. They left no mess, no extra dirt in the lawn, everything looked great when they finished. We had put off the repair for years and are SO glad we finally got Foundation Pro to handle the job. We would recommend them highly to anyone needing foundation repair.

Foundation Pro did a superb job fixing very severe problems we had with the foundation on our Duplex in Heber Springs. Their quote was about half of what I thought it was going to cost. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest, very reasonable with their pricing and go the extra mile to do the best job possible. Bruce Cook Vista Properties
