Great company to work with, until you don’t ask for another 6 month policy with them and they charge you for it anyway and screw your bank account up. I’ve been waiting to get my check back for 2 weeks now they took it out on the 18th of October it’s now November 8th.  Unbelievable.

The staff is always incredibly helpful and responsive.  It's truly "insurance made easy". I highly recommend Foundations!

They are great when you don't need anything from them.  As soon as you need assistance you find out that you are on your own!  We had an accident and dealing with the insurance company had turned into a nightmare!  Trying to get my agent to help me was like pulling teeth - and ultimately they told me I have to deal with it myself.  Nice!  I called to replace the vehicle that had been wrecked with another vehicle - I asked to simply replace it.  To me, replace means the same coverage I already had. Now, almost a year later I find out that they changed it to liability only! I called to add a new car and my policy just jumped to $562/mo and the agent was very condescending when I balked at the premium being that ridiculously high!  I've had nothing but issues with this agency and will be going to another company that treats their customers like they are the reason they have a job at all - because they are!
