Before I moved over to State Farm I was with Progressive and HATED it!  My husband was in a car accident and everyone at Rick's office was really helpful at taking the claim and sending us in the right direction to get everything fixed. I've never had any problems working with Rick or members of his staff- they've always been friendly and helpful to me!

The best agent ever. If you ever have a problem there right there to help with anything they can. Friendliest staff and just one of the best people and agents that I have ever been with and now I moved to Las Vegas and have to change they put me in touch with another agent as good as they are. BUT Rick is still the best...... Thank you all for your wonderful assistance in everything. To the staff " you guys and lady's ROCK"....

As a highly satisfied customer for 20+ years, Rick Albrecht and his staff have always been professional and have provided top-notch customer service for our auto, home and personal property insurance coverage.   Most recently, my wife and I had a need to make our 1st home-owners claim and didn't know what to expect as we've only needed auto-related assistance in the past.  We were extremely impressed with the prompt service and fantastic communication we received throughout the process.  Rick and his staff are extremely professional and handled this very quickly.  I'd highly recommend this agent!
