The drinks are good for the most part, although the el Diablo tastes like a cigarette, so I wouldn’t suggest getting that one! The food is adequate, but not worth the price listed. Their cheese and meat platter is one of the best things on the menu. The atmosphere of the inside and the outdoor seating in the fall is more elegant which is rare in Pullman. Crystal or Kristin, who didn’t even give her name, we had to ask, was very monotone, didn’t even ask how we were, and took forever to fill up our water and give our drinks and take our order. This is the fifth time I have been there, wanting to like it, but the service and lack of food quality, just doesn’t cut it and I will not be back for lunch and dinner, but maybe drinks and the fries.

I love this place. I have never had anything on the menu I did not love. The staff is great and I really love how they hand carve their ice!

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We had to wait a little for a table, but it was worth it. Food and service were both phenomenal.

Terrible service. Waitress Christen was rude, looked like she hated every bit of her job. Food was hit or miss after taking forever to actually come out. Overall very unimpressed. This is my third time coming here and every time it’s the same thing.

Service was very slow, food was hit and miss. Some dishes were great, others were bland. There is a beautiful outdoor patio but it is prone to bees and we noticed a lot of guests requesting to be re-seated indoors because of them.
