I was referred to Debbie by a coworker. She was very pleasant the first time she did my hair, I showed her a picture of the balayage and she went ahead and did it. At the end I wasnt happy with the result because this balayage had highlights on the tips only  and she did my whole hair leaving only an inch of my roots without highlights. So then she charged me an extra $30 to correct it by using a toner that matched my natural color, however, my hair never took the toner. so she said to go home, wash it a couple of times and come back in a week and she will correct it. She also blew dry my hair for another $30 but totally left all my roots curly....
So I came back a week after and I told her that the toner didnt work and I needed more toner and she totally missed a spot on the back of my hair where there were no highlights (it was very obvious she missed a big spot) After I clarified with her what was my original idea for my hair color, which he had discussed previously to her touching my hair, she became vey passive agressive... I have never been treated that way by a person who you are paying to do a job! I told her I wanted a balayage, not a full head of highlights and shower her the picture again...she tried to talk me out of it, even though it was no problem the first time I showed her the picture a week ago. I guess I hurt her ego because I was not happy with her job
 let me just quote her many responses about getting a balayage:
"This is more appropriate for someone on her 20's" (by the way, I AM on my 20's)
"This is the style I do for my middle schoolers"
"This would be like going to a wedding with a polka dot bikini and thinking is going to look great"
"Balayage is so 2 summers ago"
For the fact that she missed a spot and needed to corrected:
"Thats how balayage is, its not even"
"Do you want me to make your hair as blonde as it can get or do you want me to damage it to make it more blonde?"
- such a smart a** question, how about making it match the rest of my hair??? Who would want a spot of different color highlights, you would think she would have some common sense.
When I told her that I had balayage done 4 times before and it was never such a big problem, she ask me if I was so happy before then why didnt I go back with those other hair dressers.
She was so rude. I tried to remain calm and keep my composure because this lady had to dye my hair again and I didnt want her to ruin it on purpose because it was obvious that I wasnt coming back.
In the other side, the shampoo I got in fact was the best shampoo ever, my shampoo girl was awesome, I still cant believe though, that Debbie let her do my highlights on the spot she had missed.. I also loved the haircut I got on my first visit but I am not ever going back to this place. I have never been treated this way. I wish she just did her job instead of acting like an uneducated person with a big ego.

Ive never done my hair at this place but I always do my eyebrows with one of the girls - Rodah; I believe thats how you spell it and shes the best ! I never go anywhere else and when I do I end up going back to Fountains Salon. Believe me when I say shes the best at her job!
