My daughter and I have used Dianna and Iris for over five years and give the highest rating possible for this salon.  The entire staff is a pleasure.  The salon is really busy but you don't feel hurried.  A very talented staff.  I do not live close by and it is worth the travel time.  The staff stay on time and deliver an experience.

Worst Salon ever! ! 
I went there for the first time to try it out about a month ago. Asked for my roots to be done and partial highlights. Diana/Dayana literally burned my hair after coloring it over 3 times and putting a toner in several times because she could not get the color of my highlights correctly! 4 hours later I left there very upset with almost orange burnt hair. As you can imagine after coloring it multiple times in one day the damage was horrible. I came back the next day to complain and ask them to please fix the color, they just looked at me and said my hair looked perfect to them! they have some nerve. I'm not even exaggerating on how bad it looked.  I had to go to a different Salon the next day cut my hair pretty short after the damage she did. Will NEVER visit this salon ever again. Do not waste your time and your money! Definitely not worth the headache.....

My fiancee went there today to get her hair done prior to our wedding, and if it came out good she was going to utilize this place for the wedding day.  She was quoted $30 for today and $60 for the wedding day.  When she went in today, the hair looked TERRIBLE, and they attempted to charge her $75.  When she complained and said she was quoted $30, they lowered it to $50 and that's it.  Needless to say, we won't be back, and we will tell our friends how lousy this place is.  They are lucky I was not there, I would have refused to pay the $50 and only paid the initial quote.   AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
