They could not provide next day laundry or dry clean service if any time after 9am. The clerk was friendly enough but still could not accommodate whatsoever.

UPDATE 16-AUG-2015: Four Seasons really redeemed themselves. I was very impressed how they went out of their way to fix the issue. My first experience was just an honest mistake. Mistakes happen and that's alright, but it was amazing how they treated me as a customer and how they fixed it all in such a rush. I have a full suit ready for the wedding. I could not be happier and more thankful for that. Thanks again. I will be coming back. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ORIGINAL 15-AUG-2015: Very unprofessional. Shy away from this place. I went in to have my suit dry cleaned as well as a new shirt cleaned and pressed. I asked to have it rushed due to a wedding coming up. I received a call an hour later stating that they could not rush dry clean, but that the shirt could be cleaned and pressed. Due to this, they would give me a 25% discount. Okay, no problem. Not great, but I appreciated the honesty. That is what I get for procrastinating. When I went to go pick up my shirt the next day, my suit was not part of the ticket. Just the shirt. I asked the rep where my suit was. A lint covered bag was pulled out with my suit more wrinkled than it came in. It was just dropped in front of me. No bag, nothing. I had to ask for a hanger to carry it on. It was terrible. I will not be going there again anytime soon.

I have been using Four Seasons cleaners for years and have been very satisfied with their service, being open 7 days a week is a plus which I take full advantage of, since my schedule at work always change, I highly recommend Four Seasons cleaners you won't be disappointed!
