I took a Ralph Lauren dress to be pressed/steamed only; no cleaning. I paid $13.50 which is ridiculous but I wanted it done right. When I took it out of the plastic bags to get dressed for a special event it looked as if they hadn't touched it...completely wrinkled & looked no different than when I dropped it off. I had to iron it myself (which I should have done in the first place) and was late & stressed, but at least the wrinkles were finally gone. I called the manager today to let her know & give her the chance to right their wrong. She told me they did it twice & offered nothing, hence my poor review on service & customer service. I'll never go back!

The Internet says you're open on Sunday I got here and you are closed maybe you should update your information so some people don't waste their time driving over here. It wouldn't let me rate zero stars.

You guys suckkkkkk and are very expensive also your washers next to youre dry cleaners suck also ripp offfff!!

I took a dress in to be hemmed and dry cleaned, not only was it not done on time but they tried to charge me for a cleaning that never happened. There was deodorant still on the sleeves which I had pointed out when I dropped it off and the white parts of the dress were yellow! This place is a scam!
