The park managers were friendly and helpful. They've done a lot to fix up the park and keep it in good condition. There are train tracks across the highway that can get a bit annoying and I wasn't a fan of the divided highway, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Update: as of April 2018, the park no longer allows children. We originally stayed here September 2016 through mid-October 2016 & during that time the park was for sale. Apparently the park has sold to someone who wants to cater to adults only. Even though I think this is a disappointing policy, every business owner has the right to run their business as they see fit. I've changed my original 5 stars to 3 stars since I cannot return because I have kids. I will say this for them though; this is the ONLY park that called me back after I left a message.

Visited a friend that uses the park when traveling through and it was my first time ever visiting. It was clean and not overcrowded.

I stayed here in my big truck (bobtail only, no trailer) over the 4th of July 2012 holiday with another truck driver friend of mine who also had a big truck, while it was hot, the tenants here were very friendly and welcoming. You could see the fireworks display that the city of Terrell puts on every year. The park is very clean with nice shaded campsites, the fishing pond is stocked with lots of fish (we caught eight large catfish within the hour) and overall we had a wonderful time. The grounds keeper and the park manager were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their company immensely. We plan on staying here again real soon.

Unfortunately I stayed there for two years , I can tell you all about it , horrible place , the worst of the worst , I have no idea why this place is still open , this place is very noisy, crime and drug infested, there are rail road tracks right across the road , there are between 50 and 70 trains passing every night blowing horn , if its not the train it will be some dope-head raising hell   but you will not get any sleep, their electrical wiring is illegal, undersized and fire hazard , it will also damage your electronics , my A/c never worked due to low voltage caused by undersized wiring ,in fact at one point the hook up caught on fire and burned my plug ,  I had numerous electricians inspect it , they came to the same conclusion , I even had the Fire Marshal inspection , they took pictures and videos and agreed that the wiring is illegal and fire hazard , don`t drink their water!, the water supply line is pvc and continuously brakes , the worst part is that it runs right next to the septic tanks , so every time the line brakes you get sewage in your water, also, sewage is the first thing you going to smell as you pull in , the driveway is just dirt , if you driving a car you will not be able to get in or out of the park after rain ,after heavy rain there is 2-3 feet of water over the driveway , their wifi is a joke , if you manage to connect it will be about 1/3 speed of dial up , in conclusion , if you like dirt,mud,noise,drugs,crime and getting ripped off I highly recommend this place , I have been recording lot of video from this place , I`m thinking about posting it on youtube so everyone can see what is like to stay at 4 seasons rv park in Terrell TX

That’s hilarious, in unfortunate two years that I stayed there I have never missed payment or being late, always payed ahead of time, as you know I have been recording everything, audio , video and documents, maybe we should take this case to court, you will face multiple charges, providing unsafe and unhealthy conditions, false advertising, advertised services not provided yet you charged for it , negligence, and the list continues, also telling lies about a person is called “Defamation of character “, another charge, you can lie all you want behind computer screen but would suggest to tell the truth in court

It's a great location, close to lots of activities. My family and I enjoyed the nearby lake during the day. Friendly staff, great hospitality. Definitely worth what we paid. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a fun family adventure!
