Renters, please beware. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Staff is extremely rude. Upon final move out we were billed twice for water on the same dates. We paid and have proof of payment. When calling to work this out, the staff refused to see our proof of their error. We have taken this issue to the Better Business Bureau as a complaint. 

We always paid in full for our rent and water on time. The management's refusal to at least investigate our issue seems unusually insensitive. We moved because of a job transfer, not out of disgust or anger at the complex. 

The complex was clean, however, luxury apartment homes is a bit of a stretch. We lived upstairs. Each time it rained, the dirt from the lacking landscaping washed over all paths from our building to the parking lot. It was dangerous no matter what type of shoes you wore. I fell several times, but we were told that they were "working on it." 

I know there are not a lot of housing options in the Terrell, TX area, but if you do find yourself to rent here make sure you keep copies of all bills and payments. We did and it should help you win any issues that may come up. 

UPDATE:  Filed grievance with the Better Business Bureau. The complex IGNORED it completely.  No investigation because the complex IGNORED the Better Business Bureau!!

A quiet and clean community tucked away on the outskirts of Terrell.  5 minute access to everything you need though its beautifully tree lined driveway creates a feeling of remoteness and privacy.  Judi was fantastic in communication and went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure every request was handled in a timely professional matter.  I've lived in apartments all over the country and this has been my favorite by far; I can't say enough good things!  Thank you for everything!

I went to this place and they rejected my application and they called me criminal several times even when I told the assistant manager not do it because I am not, she still did it several times. How can they do this?? ... 2 days later I went approved in other place really good.
They said they have 299 promo but I only lost my time and money between gasoline and " admin fees" I lost around  $100 ( no refundable). Plus I had a hard time trying to get my $299 back, really a hard time. This was the worst experience so far trying to find an apartment. 
My advice is : " READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE APPLY"

this comp suck,s they call me an tell me they have new moving special that every thing will be cover for $299 adm fee appl fee and water fee every thing they ask me to bring a money order next day they call me and toll me i was not a aprove and they did not give me my money back .that who they make a living stilling from people realy disapointed.
