Dr. Caron and his staff are wonderful and listen to your needs. I couldn't get real answers for my pain after an MRI which showed rotor cuff issues and shoulder impingement. I luckily got an appointment with Dr. Caron the very next day and after my evaluation ( which was fully explained) and my treatment, I was able to get out of the chair with NO pain...It was amazing to feel normal again and realize just how much pain I had previously and learned to live with. They treat you with respect and address any concerns you may have. I plan on going to their group sessions which without insurance covering it are affordable.

Twice I've seen Dr. Jean now. One time for a severe case of inflammation that caused seven days worth of constipation and the other time was for a much needed sinus relief. Both times I've had a great experience and by that I mean I'm back to my normal self.

As a side note: For the case of inflammation - before I saw Dr. Jean, I saw a GP Doctor who spent maybe three minutes with me and then wrote me a prescription. I went and got the prescription but when I was reading the possible side effects they were worse then what I had so I decided not to take.

If you're like me looking for an alternative then I highly recommend Dr. Jean. He's actually my go to now before I even consider a GP Doctor and so far after treatment I haven't needed to.

Crystal was instrumental in making a challenging pregnancy bearable - her treatments helped with morning sickness and a host of other difficult-to-deal-with specific health things that came up for me. She continues to help with some hormonal challenges post-pregnancy. I've been to several acupuncturists in my life, and they definitely aren't all created equal - Crystal is one of the good ones :)
