We purchased a home in Helen, GA in 2008 with Teressa as our agent. Each step of the process has been excellent. From the search for the perfect home, through the closing, having Teressa and Bill being on the property with various subs making sure everything was working and in good order, to an outstanding relationship with them now as they help oversee the property; all has been excellent. Teressa is a life long resident of Helen. She and Bill are both respected community members and professionals. Their sources are indispensible and from the beginning of our relationship, they have gone overboard to provide us with every resourse we could possibly need. Very thorough, very accommodating, and always pleasant and helpful are just a few of the positive attributes which Teressa and Bill bring into a profession in which they excel.
