Scott Pratt & the entire Fowlerville Ford was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. They worked diligently to help me find the perfect vehicle for my family and the best financing option to fit our budget. They are honest and you don’t get a “salesy” vibe from them. I literally called Fowlerville Ford one evening and left the lot the following evening with a brand new car. Scott even ensured our windows were cleaned perfectly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

My husband and I were there last night, 4/17/18. Had called about the Jeep Commander the previous night, had called the bank to have everything ready to go if we wanted it. Got to the dealership, the sales person and the owner were both there. The sales rep. was not personable at all. He told us the jeep had some work done, but didn't know what was done. He told us he would get back with us after checking and never did. After we had test drove the jeep,we told them the issues we saw with it but were still interested. Both the sales rep and owner looked at each other,looked at us, tjen looked at each other. Never offered to fix the issues, which were minor. Went to test drive another vehicle, and the sales rep. Asked us if we were actually interested in the explorer or just test driving for fun! Mind you we drove an hour from our house to see the Commander. I will never go back there and will not recommend them to anyone!

My 2012 Focus suddenly had lights & an alarm to service transmission imediately. I made it to the stoplight in Fowlerville where it would not shift. I turned it off and on and was able to make it to the dealership. The first service person told me there was no technician available and he could not look at it till next week. I explained I could not drive it. In walked service manager Marc Soltys. He immediately took it for a drive, had it diagnosed and had the transmission control module replaced. I drove it home less than 2 hours later. I was invited to make myself comfortable with free coffee or accept a ride home while I waited. This is the most amazing customer service I have seen in a long time. I would encourage anyone that needs Ford service to go see Marc personally. He's the real deal.

After dealing with their salesman, Frank kurgan, the last two days and having a deal in place (mind you I'm in California and they are in MI), just as I'm about to get a cashier check to overnight, frank tells me that the owner wants $500 more. Huh? What happened to our deal? I asked the owner to call me, nope, get a text from Frank saying Thx for interest, owner wants more and won't budge. I'm in the business and was buying this Explorer for my wife. Although after dealing with these guys the last two days and feeling much better about the way I run my business, it's very frustrating to be excited about a truck, telling your wife about it, then having to say, sorry honey, they aren't men of their word and tried to bait and switch me. I didn't ask for much, but when we have a deal, I expect it to be honored and when I ask for something like a pic of the title, I expect to see it when frank says no problem. Take your business elsewhere, the frustration is off the charts dealing with this company. Edit- I saw the response, why would I call? If you want to earn my business and do the deal that was agreed upon, call, email, or text me. Frank has my info. All I wanted was to buy a truck that I was told I could at a mutually agreed price.
