Story

We are a Family Owned group of dealerships. We have two Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram locations, one in Plymouth & one Fowlerville. We also have a motorcycle dealership, Dick Scott Freedom Powersports located in Livonia. Dick Scott Freedom Powersports sells Indian Motorcycles, and Victory Motorcycles as well as Polaris Side by Sides and ATV's.

Dick Scott Collision has two locations, one located at 3030 Fowlerville Rd, Fowlerville, MI 48836 and one located at 1035 Mill St, Plymouth, MI 48170.

We work very hard to help each and every customer feel comfortable and confident in their vehicle or motorcycle purchase. In addition to selling New Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Indian Motorcycles, Victory Motorcycles and Polaris ORV's we also sell Pre-Owned Vehicles & Motorcycles. I loved the available Jeeps. I worked with one of the salesman who let me test drive a Cherokee and Grand Cherokee. I told him I would be back in 3-4 weeks as I'd be busy before then. Unfortunately I was paraded with 3 voicemails, and multiple calls at work trying to get me in before the end of the month. Whether it was to boost his April sales numbers, I don't know. When I explained I had no time currently, he said I wasn't even serious about buying the car. Talk about the worst and rudest sales experience ever. I was ready have purchased a Jeep the week after he said this. I'm sure the other sales staff are great. It's just unfortunate the salesman was in such a rush.

The service department told me struts were bad,,but i had replaced them a month earlier,,,scumbags,,,find an honest shop these people cheat

I agree with previous comment on finance department. The Manager of finance department is horrible. My husband spent an entire day there and told three different things. When I went there to talk to him he was arrogant and talked down to me. He was condescending and rude. I knew after about a minute talking to him I would not be ever purchasing a car from Dick Scott ever again in the future. Its unfortunate, we live in the community and I had previously purchased a vehicle there, but they are very difficult to work with. We found another dealership that was more knowledgeable about how to help us on our trade and able to get a much better deal and didn't have to bring a bunch of money to the table as the finance manager at Dick Scott was telling us we had to. The interest rate was less than half than what he was figuring for us...this guy didn't know how to structure our loan at all. Total waste of several days for our family, looking at cars and waiting on financing.

I am very dissatisfied with my recent transaction with this dealership and the representation of the "Details" of the deal. I will not recommend them to anyone. Make sure to ask for the details of the deal along with a complete spec of the vehicle before agreeing to anything. Make sure they present the complete DETAILS of the deal!
