Dude with the pony-tail rocks it! Thank you. .sorry I didn't catch his name, just look for the guy with the big smile,he really cares about what he is doing but every one there was cool. I saw them deal with an irate customer very professionally. She even got a service that she didn't pay for without question.

Attention!
This is the worst carwash experience I ever had in my life. 
Vacuuming was awful. All door handles weren’t cleaned at all, there was dust and sand everywhere. 
Door surfaces wasn’t cleaned, there were spots, even though before starting the service they were told specifically which things to take care first. 
Those were pockets in the doors and also we asked them to wipe seats, which were ignored as well. 
Nothing was done as it was supposed to be.

I had Super Fox wash for $26 plus tips hoping that our car would be clean in the end. And that ended with total disappointment. 

If you care about your car being clean, don’t go there, that’s not what you can get at Fox Farm Auto Spa.

This is not automatic. You have to vacume your own car at a cost to you. Then pay again for your car to be washed. If I wanted to deal with this I will go to self serve wash for half the cost. LAME

Cheap out fit. I been a Big Bear resident for 25 years and this place is a rip off. High prices, poor surly service and the over all quality of the job is shameful. It's better to go down the street to wash your car and vacum. It's cheaper and the the satisfaction of doing it yourself it's worth it's it's I. Gold.
